Yoga, revisited

I was inspired by Jade Park’s posts on yoga
to start practicing again. Yesterday morning I did about 2/3 of the primary (Ashtanga) series, and felt so much better afterward. I’ve been so stiff from all the walking, sitting at my computer and lying in bed sick, and it felt fantastic to stretch again. Amazingly, my wrist didn’t hurt AT ALL (but my tail bone did for some reason). It’s been about nine months since I’ve done yoga, and the padmasanas (lotus poses) were hard on my knees, but otherwise all went pretty well.
